Fourteenth Edition of the Carnival of Improving Life

Good Morning!, There was a bit of a drop in submissions this week, so that was a nice breather for me, as well, the new 'carnival rule' of enforcing a link back to the carnival for any featured article has been reducing the amount of eligible articles as well. If you are an author that submitted an article and you don't see it here, make sure you have provide a link back (and email me about it) to any previous carnivals you may have been featured in. I hope you enjoy the carnival this week, I was feeling really generous this week and thought I would give out two Top Post Awards, and they just happen to be on two topics that are related, Yoga, and Meditation. Please read and enjoy them!

This weeks Co-Top Post Award goes to: Vera Nadine presents A Little Yoga, For Beginners posted at Vera Nadine.

This weeks Co-Top Post #2 Award Lori Jewett presents Mindfulness Meditation and Stress Reduction posted at Between Us Girls. With the pressure we put on ourselves to do everything and to do it right, many of us find that trying to meditate becomes one more opportunity for failure. Instead of relaxation, we generate tension, frustration and anxiety. But it doesn't have to be that way. Meditation can be beneficial and easy, if you let it be. Find out how.
